Dumb people in the military?

Is John Kerry right? I mean, sure its insulting that he thinks losers end up in Iraq, and I'm sure that in the elitist paradigm from which he veiws the world it must indeed be true. From his point of view as a "decorated" 3 month "veteran", it must be the height of insanity to go to war for any reason other than to accrue as much future political clout in as little time as possible while remaining as safe as possible.
